By means of this data protection declaration, our enterprise would like to inform the general public of the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed, by means of this data protection declaration, of the rights to which they are entitled.

As a controller and processor, Biglook Ltd has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through our websites.

Biglook Ltd, also referred to and referenced as “Biglook Media” work with individuals and small organisations to offer and provide a range of digital marketing solutions.
On occasion and in context with visitors or potential clients demonstrating interest, we may ask you to provide some of your information to assist us in providing additional information or services. This information may also be used to setup and implement a client account within our internal Digital Project Management system.
As a client of Biglook Ltd, the following personal information is stored within our Project Manager:

– First name
– Last Name
– Email address
– Contact Number
– Address
– Business Name (where applicable)

Additionally, we store data that is essential in allowing us to process, service and carry out work as required on behalf of our clients.

All data processed and stored under this domain and application are subject to a secure data access layer protocol (SSL), complying with the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

We use the aformentioned client data to assist, manage and track client projects and tasks, establish and communicate with clients via email and through the project management application’s internal messaging features such as support ticketing. Our project management system is also capable of, and will send automated emails to clients pertaining to project particulars including invoices, discussional notes and support tickets, for which your consent has already been given.

All email communications we send/receive are subject to a secure data access layer protocol (SSL).
